Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z7gam Platform. Any user found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent closure of their account, without prejudice to any additional legal remedies available to z7gam:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any z7gam software or game.

Account Suspension & Closure

z7gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a user's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable rules of the Platform.
• Failure to complete age verification or identity verification to z7gam's reasonable satisfaction within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.

Where an account is closed due to a user's breach of these Terms, z7gam reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, outstanding verified balances will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

z7gam does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, those warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
